What will be during Hatha Yoga classes:
Breathing exercise, warm up, asana practice, Shavasana (relaxation pose) and a guided meditation

Restorative Yoga
Once a month there's a Restorative yoga class besides our regular Hatha yoga classes. Restorative yoga helps to:

Regulate nervous system
Calm down the mind

My name is Liza Shishkova. I’m a certified Hatha and Prenatal Yoga teacher and a certified Compassion Key practitioner. I used to be a professional dancer and dance teacher but after becoming a mother I started being interested in everything related to Yoga- asanas, breathing exercises, spiritual practices etc. While teaching yoga I’m trying to make it accessible to everyone- no matter which experience in yoga or body limitations you have. Classes suit to beginner and intermediate levels.
